Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

After processing is completed, shipping takes 7–13 business days within the contiguous United States.

Sales Tax

  • ClassyUp Store provides tax-free shopping for all domestic orders. You will not be charged any additional sales tax at checkout for deliveries within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (US & Canada) (PST) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Total Delivery Estimate

Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for total delivery. We always aim to expedite orders whenever possible.

Note: Some items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, up to 30 business days.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist you in tracking your package if it is significantly delayed.

  • Holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee modifications.

If you receive damaged merchandise:

We will replace damaged items reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
