After processing is completed, shipping takes 7β13 business days within the contiguous United States.
Sales Tax
ClassyUp Store provides tax-free shopping for all domestic orders. You will not be charged any additional sales tax at checkout for deliveries within the United States.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (US & Canada) (PST) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow approximately 8β15 business days for total delivery. We always aim to expedite orders whenever possible.
Note: Some items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, up to 30 business days.

There are no hidden or additional charges.
While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist you in tracking your package if it is significantly delayed.
Delays may occur due to:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your shipment directly through the tracking link provided in your email or by visiting the Track Order page available on our website, relievemart.com.
Please allow 24β72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If your tracking information does not update within 5 business days, please contact us at support@relievemart.comΒ and our team will be happy to assist you.
You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee modifications.
If you receive damaged merchandise:
Take clear photos of the damaged item
Email the photos to support@relievemart.com immediately
We will replace damaged items reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
